Refund policy

We will accept returns if the item purchased was not as described and we must be notified within 1 day of being received that there is an issue. Discounted or marked-down items are not eligible for return. You must contact us before shipping your item back to be given a return authorization. If you do not, your return will be refused and sent back to you. Please call 225-242-9942 or email matt@slicefk.com to start this process. 

You are responsible for shipping the item back to us in brand new, unused condition. There is a 15% restocking fee on all items and is calculated off of the selling price of the knife. Once we receive the item we will issue a refund (shipping charges are separate from the restocking fee and are not refunded). Your refund will be issued in the same form payment was received, unless other arrangements have been made. We do not reimburse shipping costs or credit card fees EVER. Insuring your package is recommended and if your return is lost or damaged there is nothing we can do.

Layaways are offered and can be arranged outside of our standard website purchasing. Layaways are a binding agreement between SliceFk and the purchaser. Layaway deposits and payments are NON-REFUNDABLE and absolutely no exceptions will be made. If you wish to cancel a layaway after making the initial deposit or after multiple payments all payments will be forfeited by the purchaser, NO EXCEPTIONS. If you go beyond the initially agreed timeframe in which the layaway will be paid off it will be subject to a 10% late fee based on the ORIGINAL purchase price and will be added to your total each month that the balance has not been paid.

All returns, exchanges, and refunds are at our discretion and reserve the right to refuse or accept any of the aforementioned instances.
